THIS BOOK IS ME

I created this photo essay in an undergraduate design class. Originally I wanted to create a book that made fun of bowling culture. But when I went to the bowling, met the owner for a tour, and looked at the photographs back at the lab, I discovered that the bowling alley was actually a really beautiful place. I decided at that moment that my book would be about the importance of relinquishing predisposed ideas in design and allowing the process to dictate my direction. Design research!
